[ ... H-Hey, she wasn't supposed to CRY! He appeared panicked for a moment and his wings fluttered before she smiled like that. And... he'd realized that he'd never seen anything more beautiful. ]

[ Luke swallowed. He wanted to... but would she let him? His hands moved to gently grasp her arms and he leaned down, face only a breath away from hers. He lifted a hand to brush away her tears, smiling slightly and speaking in whispers. ] Don't cry like that. I like your smile a lot better.

[ That's all he said before he closed the distance between their lips. ]

[ Luke knows better, now. He knows she only does it to guard herself from being hurt, even if she really is a strong person as well. He'd always admired that strength in her. ]

[ He could feel the happiness bubbling up inside him already. Was this what it felt like...? He pulled back after a moment, gazing at her. She really did have beautiful eyes... After a moment, he spoke, breathless. ] ... Tear...

I-I knew I'd see you again. You always keep your promises. I was waited, as long as it took...

[ He gave her one of his grins, leaning in to press their foreheads together along with taking both of her hands in his own. His wings fluttered happily -- and cutely, Tear. ]

Sorry I kept you waiting. I'm not leaving, again. Not now, not ever.

[ Luke's just grinning and keeping close to her and nuzzling. She was... really cute like this. ]

Hey... Did you want to go someplace? Maybe to get something to eat? [ He honestly doesn't care right now, but if Tear's hungry, then... ]

I..I suppose I am a little hungry. Would you..mind?

[ So's he, but they can't stand here all night. Maybe he'll join her for a bit in the inn afterward. He just smiled softly at her, reluctant to move from where they were. ]

I wouldn't mind. [ Soft sigh... His head was already swimming with pleasant feelings and his heart was thrumming in his chest. How long had he waited for this, now...? ... Wait, wasn't the guy supposed to pay? He fumbled through his own pockets for money, pulling out a small pouch. ] Hey, wait. I'll pay for it. [ Grin. He still had enough left for dinner, at least. ]

Are you sure? You already got me something, I'd feel selfish if I made you pay..

Y-Yeah. I saw some couples on Filgaia and the guy always paid for everything. So that's how it is, right? [ Bright smile. ... Luke is still Luke, after all. ] You can pick where we eat, though. I'm not really sure how any of them are... [ He rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. ]

[ Luke glanced at her hand for a moment before smiling and taking it. E-even this felt nice... >///< ]

S-Sure. What do you feel like having? [ He's already looking around for restaurants. Seafood, taverns, all-you-can-eat, nice restaurants... As long as they have shrimp or chicken on the menu (both would be heavenly), he's good. ]

Does that look okay? I don't mind too much.

[ Teaaar... |//) He led her to the building, laughing and swinging their arms along the way like a little kid ~~because he is one, Tear, you pedo~~. ] This should be great! [ As long as he gets to spend time with you, it's all good. His stomach grumbled when he smelled the delicious scents coming from the restaurant. Was that... CHICKEN! 8D ]

H-Haha, I guess I was hungrier than I thought...

I thought you might be.

[ At least this one's eight instead of seven. B-Blush. He rubbed his stomach and pouted, much of his old self shining through. He'd been forced to grow up so fast during that year on his own. Even for the good it did him, which was a lot, he lost a lot of his childishness. Childishness would have been a weakness in the wilderness. So he was glad he could relax and be himself again. ]

Sh-Shut up... C'mon. [ He waved her inside, smiling a bit to show he was just kidding with her. He spoke to the hostess, nodding when she asked if they needed a table for two. The hostess led them back into a little private corner that still had a nice view out the window at the dimming sky outside. she set their menus on the table and giggled at them, walking off. Luke blushed and looked at one of the chairs, then pulled it out for Tear to sit in. ]

T-Thank you..

[ And would probably always be one. Old habits die hard. ]

[ Luke smiled at her and pushed her chair in for her, then sat down in the other one. So classy~ ]

[ Except he needed to turn his menu the right way up, but other than that... He blinked when he finally noticed, quickly flipping it around and giving an awkward laugh. Silly dreck. :|b ]

...! That sounds really good... [ Chicken and shrimp pasta~ Ohgod, he'd die happy. And as if on cue, his stomach grumbled rather loudly. He blushed and put a hand over it. ]

[ Luke blushed at her giggling, pouting. ] H-Hey, stop laughing at me...

[ He put in his order when the waitress came over -- and a glass of water to drink, as well -- then handed his menu over to her and smiled at Tear. ]

I-I'm sorry i-it's just cute..

[ Luke was blushing again and playing with his napkin. ] I-I'm not cute...! [ Huffy. ... Yes, he's very cute. ]

Of course not.

[ Luke was ridiculously happy, too. He blinked at her and sipped his water when it was brought. ] Tear? ... Are you all right? [ You looked kinda sad... ]
