[Here, the newest Jade to the Dressing Room steps in... except, this one clearly isn't Jade. He's dressed much like a God-General, mostly black with blue highlights and designs. He also dons a cape and has a noticeable lack of glasses--replaced with a silver wreath about his head. He lacks the teasing smile that his clones doubtlessly would have, and his eyes were hauntingly empty. He seemed older than most, possibly in his early forties.]

[His only response to his new surroundings is to narrow his eyes and appear lost in thought.]

Well, now... It's certainly difficult to figure out how to get back to... my time... if no one even knows where here is.

I don't know, it gets kind of annoying after a while. Like, you know. After the second Asch you run into. And see, that's a question I'm pretty sure you won't believe my answer on. Not many people do.

Of course, he does noticed that grim look on his face, so the best Peony can do is smile at him.]

[He doesn't appear surprised, only sighing and closing his eyes.] Eight years after my own time... I noticed more of a mature air about you.

[And he smiles. Creepily. This isn't the teasing Jade smile that Luke would be used to.] Why... you would have to come with me.

[And have Jade staring at Peony.]

... [He turns his back to him.] I have no interest in ghosts of my past.

[Walking away...]

[Luke raises an eyebrow at that.] I think you're the first person who hasn't said it's impossible for me to be from then.

[Aaaaand, now his eyes narrow warily.] Sorry, I've got my own Auldrant that needs me to get back to it.

[Peonys are rare in this town, I tell ya.

That was awkward. This Jade is not the one he knows, but he certainly got Peony worried. He's going to stalk a little bit after him, but keeping his distance.]

That's cold, Jade. What happened to you?

[Then I suppose he should 'pick' this one and keep him all for himself.]

Cold, you say? ... I merely cut unnecessary ties.

[He just turns his head away, smile still in place.] It's certainly impossible on my end... but if there is some kind of parallel universe, then no, it's not so impossible after all.

Ah, so do I. Glad we see eye-to-eye.

[Uh-oh. D: Too bad this Peony has no idea about that.]

How long has it been for you, then?

I think I can figure out why it's impossible where you're from. But, I guess it's nice to know you expect me to still look this young ten years from now.
