[This one is far from a new face, but quite different from your usual Lukes. For one, he's dressed in elegant robes, reminiscent of the Order of Lorelei's clothing. He looks to be a bit older, probably in his early twenties, and with a more mature gaze.]

[Luke's looking around in confusion, broadsword in hand.] Ion... Where have you gone? Has this planet now forsaken me...?

[And the other major difference: he spoke only Ancient Ispanian.]

[Welcome the Luke from 2000 years ago--during the Fonic War.]

OOC: Haha, so this was spawned by the line in the game where Jade says something to the effect of, "You probably feel Ion is familiar because you knew him in a past life. It's more logical than replicas being able to recognize one another." (Paraphrased. orz) I'M SORRY. AS IF WE NEED MORE LUKES.

Hm? [Peers at the new Luke who calls out his name. He knew Ancient Ispanian. Of course. Original Ion knew everything.]

[Luke's eyes brighten. He jogs right over to him, sword over his shoulder. Of course Luke would act like a kid when his "best friend" was near, not that this was the Ion he knew.]

Ion...! You are safe! [Luke just grinned and placed a hand on the younger's shoulder.] That fills my heart with joy.

[I'm sure someone will teach him the modern Fonic language any day.]

[Ion blinks and there's a flush of red and he's all asdffghjkl from being touched, but he can play it cool by faking a smile. His voice is lacking enthusiasm at first.] Yes, Luke, it's good to see you. [Now, putting some energy to sound cheery.] Did you just say the planet forsaken you?

[Luke doesn't notice that flush, thankfully, because he would have definitely been asking him about it.]

No... No longer. As long as you are out of harm's way, I can live on. [Overdramatic Luke FTW.]

[Drat, Ion felt a huge dissapointment. He was hoping the planet was doomed. Right away, he immediately hates this Luke and every Luke in existence.]

[Luke has no idea of this Ion's very impure thoughts.]

[His fake smile dwindled and he looks kinda sincere.]

[Luke just stares in confusion at the girl. Who was she...? She looked oddly familiar, but...]

Ion... I have no idea of his wherabouts. If he were to fall under an attack...

[Luke's starting to notice something off about this Ion, but he can't place his finger on it. He thinks you're his Ion.]

[And have that comforting hand on your shoulder again.] You are never any trouble. I would... I would gladly die for you if it meant you could be happy. I have told you this... [And now Luke's blushing. He's got just an eensy, tiny crush on Ion. Just a little.]

So the Planet is mad at you about losing Ion?...Wouldn't it be doing more than sitting still beneath our feet?

[Ping! Ion has a soft spot for anyone who gladly dies for him. To see a mountain of the corpses of people who are willing to die in his name is his number one kink.

But no, he's going to put up a resistance to this guy and tries to pretend he's the replica. Just for laughs. And maybe manipulate him like an amusing toy too.]

You don't have to do that. I'm just a replacement. [And his evil meter broke the evil scale.]

[Huh, what a strange Luke and he can tell this one is different by the look of his clothes and when he speaks, he came from a different time even.]

[And... Luke is instantly confused.] A replacement? ... For what do you mean?

[And now he's got both hands on Ion's shoulders, sword cast aside. He has a worried look on his face.] Ion, what is the meaning of this?

[Luke smiles rather awkwardly.]

It's only an expression, one of great sorrow and anger.

[Luke's not so much paying attention to your words, Asch. He's rather transfixed by the fact that you have the same face as he does.]

... What... kind of jest is this?! Who are you?!

No, you are not him. [And now he's confused by his clothing.] ... What is this place I have stumbled into?

-frowns slightly and then she smile encouragingly up at the boy-

Don't worry, I'm sure everything will be okay for you and for your Ion~ Everything's fine for me so far, in fact if you want, I can give you one of my precious pieces of candy. ♥

-Takes out a wrapped piece of candy and offers it to him-

[Luke takes the candy, looking at it strangely before unwrapping it and popping it into his mouth. His eyes brightened at the sweet flavor.]

[... Thanks, now you have him addicted to candy.] This is... Do you have any more?
