*poof, here's a new Luke, looking very confused (and perhaps a little scared), surveying his surroundings. don't sneak up on him, he's really prone to getting scared easily, and is such a timid little guy*

...[smiles a little, then turns away, trying to hide a cough but failing]

[looks to him reasurringly] I'm all right...just been having it rough.

[and he gets the don't give me that look face.] Its what happens when two people who are very important to you, were attacked, badly injured and have a fool for a fiance and friend who wasn't there to prevent it from happening.

*stepping back again, scared of him again, now mouthing "I'm sorry" repetedly*

[frowns, noting his reaction] ...what are you apologizing for?

[stands back up, wiping the dirt off his clothes] You're really jumpy. [extends his hand out to him] Come on, I'll help you find a place to stay.
