Then that is one less meal you have to worry about. Eating nothing but sandwiches will dull your already lacking senses.

*the way Luke was suddenly acting around him was disconcerting to say the least. to say more, it was disgusting and unnerving, encouraging him to hurry in order to find the kitchen and take up cooking something to distract himself.*

[He continues to follow, keeping up with him. He's not sure why Asch was walking faster. He must be really hungry, he thought.]

*he's tempted to snap at the replica with him so close. turning suddenly, he storms into the kitchen and sets to gathering the necessary items after a quick look around.*

[for a moment, he thought Asch was going to say something when he turned but sees he was simply going into the kitchen. It takes him a moment before he joins him in the kitchen, leaning against a nearby counter and watches.]

*chicken, lettuce, cheese... it's almost like he's going to be making a sandwich, except he's not. he doesn't realize it, but he's unconciously making enough for more than one person.*

...uh. [curious Luke is curious.] What are you making?

... *glances over to him briefly, decidedly whether or not to answer him.* ...chicken salad.

oh...sounds good. [goes quiet and returns to watching him]

Hmm. *continues slicing various things up and adding them to the bowl, carrots being one of the foods not going into this meal.*

...[8O. It is apparently amusing to Luke to watch someone make a salad, what is wrong with him?]

*what's wrong with him is that he's sheltered and naive. not that Asch would admit to that being the problem, he'd just say it's because Luke is an idiotic replica. once again he gives Luke a onceover.*
