[he hasn't realize he had stopped, trying to keep himself warm and bumps into him.] A-Ah!...uh sorry.

*for once, Asch's usual alert senses failed, causing him to not notice Luke following behind and be completely unprepared when they collide. ...and into the icy water he goes. it's not deep, but it's enough to soak him straight through to the bone before he manages to scramble out and give Luke a look a pure rage.* You. Are. Dead. Replica.

I-I'm sorry! I didn't mean to make fall into the river! [taking a few steps back]

*this is the first time since arriving here that he's felt the desire to stab something. or someone, in this case. there's also the quiet muttering of a spell being cast as he draws his sword, taking a step forward.*

...[shit, now's he panicking taking a few more steps back, one hand on the hilt of his blade] A-Asch!

*continues approaching, breaking concentration on the spell only to give a curt reply.* What?

...[didn't expect him to respond] M-Maybe you should get inside and get yourself out of those clothes instead of fighting.

This should warm us both up nicely. *because here comes an Explosion.*

[askjaskjgha GETTING OUT OF THE WAY NOW! Ends up getting sent flying by the shockwave, falling into the snow yet again and letting out a sound when he hit the ground. That really hurt but it could've been so much worser. ]

*it's going to get much, much worse if Asch gets a hold of him. that felt pretty damn good and he's on a roll, already starting on his next spell while tromping through the slush that was created by the Explosion.*

[yea, still in a lot of pain, trying to get back up] Asch, I'm sorry! Just...just stop already!

...tch. *stops just over him, holding the sword steady near his neck.* Worthless.

...[he's trying not to show he was, but failing miserably, shaking and not from the cold]

Get up, dreck. *sheathes his sword and spins on his heel, expecting him to follow this time.*

...[it takes him a few tries, but he'll be back on his feet after awhile, wincing in pain, and the freezing cold was not helping at all.] ... [he tries to follow but he doesn't get very far before he's back in the snow, on his knees and hugging himself]

*Luke's state is noted in short order now that Asch is actively keeping track of him through their connection, and he returns to standing before him several feet away, watching quietly without offer any kind of help and waiting for him to get up again.*

...[yea um...Luke's currently too cold, in a lot of pain and feeling very sick and tired right now to be getting up anytime soon, shivering]

... *there's there barest hint of a sigh coming from his lips as he bends down to yank Luke up by the arm roughly, ushering him forward without giving him much chance to steady himself.* You aren't getting out of it that easily.

[yelps, being force up abruptly on his feet again, staggering forward a little.]...[Lowers his head, still hugging himself to try and keep warm.]

*no matter how cold or pathetic Luke gets, he isn't going to be lenient on him. the idiot won't ever learn with his little group pampering him all the time.*

... [looking to his left and right, not looking at Asch]

*he's pretty much hurrying in the direction they came, only taking a more direct route to return.* Back to the building to dry off.

[he was sounding a little out breath eventhough he only walked a few steps. He'll try to ignore it for now and follow Asch the best he could]

*his pace slows by a fraction upon hearing Luke's struggle to breathe, but it's for him to grab his wet jacket and haul him alongside at a speed he's comfortable with.*

[takes a few more steps, noticing he was catching up to Asch.] ... [reaches a nervous hand out to his jacket and clings]
