...I don't care what Jade says. Being lost doesn't make me a goldfish.

[ rips the poster down and balls it up. ] ...that's not me, got it?!

And Asch never had him here. They're all from after that.

[She scoffs at him.] Right. [Although she can't help to think that the Lukefish is kind of cute.]

If you don't mind, Luke. Would you explain to me what this place is.

[ grumbles, stuffing the wad of paper into his pants pocket. ]

It's the middle of nowhere with no way out. Plus there's dozens of me and Asch. Haven't seen too many of you or anyone else.

[She feels a little guilty, after all she had asked Jade to help. That and she doubted Luke could fit all the posters in his pants pocket.]

Dozens you say? And you are all able to peacefully coincide here?

[ scratches at his hair and moves on the next poster nearby. this is going to take awhile... ]

If by peacefully you mean "try to get along and not end up eaten by vampires or crazies", then yeah, we can.

Luke. [If Jade did a good job of putting them up, probably. Still she tries to stop him gently placing a hand on his shoulder.] Let me take care of this. I was the one who asked for his help in finding you.

... [She meant without the Aschs and the Lukes killing each other. It was still hard to believe that Luke was getting along well with Asch, well an Asch.]

[ rolls his shoulders to shake her off with a huff. ] I can handle things on my own! I'm not the same spoiled brat people think I am.

[She pulls her hand back slowly.] No, then you are a different kind of spoiled brat?

That isn't what I meant and you know it!

[Here is a small chuckle and a knowing smile.] I'm sorry.

Well, if you can handle this on your own I'll leave you to it but Luke, you should accept when you need help. [She turns to one of the posters and smiles at the Lukefish with much fondness.]

I said I'd be fine. If this is the kind of help I'm going to get, I don't want it. [ swears under his breath as he yanks down that other fishy poster. how the hell was Jade able to make so many in such a short amount of time? ]

[That is a mystery that may never be solved.] ...still I do feel partially responsible for this mess. [She has turned to look at another poster, marveling at the Lukefish. It was no cheagle but it still had a certain charm.]

That's because it is your mess. Who the hell would ask that creepy colonel for help? [ follows her gaze to the poster and just lets his head hit a tree. he's beginning to realize the futility of this endeavor... ]

I didn't believe he would go to such measures to locate you.

[Now she is surprised by him.] Luke! Don't do that to yourself. [She sighs, then tries to smile.]Listen, I am sure if we work together we can get these down faster if it is just you on your own.
