[ He is sitting on the windowsill where he can enjoy the sunlight shining through the window. His eyes are closed as he warms himself up in the light. A large cracker, he was nibbling on earlier lays nearby. This is him taking a break, was he searching for someone earlier? Maybe. ]

Tch! [ even a pint-sized Asch has as much attitude as a normal one. ] Hop on. [ holds out a hand to him. ]

[He looks at Luke's hand carefully, then hops on.] Let's go tomato!

[ lifts the tiny Asch up to fume at him. ] Look, shorty! I'm not a tomato!

Just get me to 3.3. [Cause Luke will always be a giant tomato head to him.]

If it'll shut you up. [ turns and starts for home, grumbling to himself quietly. ] Little brat...

[He can hear Luke's grumbling and even caught the little brat part. He hisses at Luke, his tail flickering about in annoyance.]

Oh, shove it. [ picks him up by the back of his jacket and setting him one of the pockets on his arms. ] ]

...POCKET MONSTERS!!!

[Well he wasn't expecting that! He struggles to free himself when Luke picks him until he is set inside that pocket. He sulks in there for a minute then peeks out.]

[ there. that's much better for moving about. now he doesn't have to worry about dropping him. ] You have a name?

Ookii-sama gave me a name! [He sounds quite proud of it too.] He called me Pip. [He holds his head high, well as high as he can from inside a pocket and smiles to himself.]

[No problem! I think we've all done at least once.]

Pip, huh..? [ turns away from him and grins to himself. it's a fitting name for him, somehow. ] ...isn't Ookii-sama what Chibet called Asch?

That's what 3.3 called him, so that must be his name. [He closes his eyes, his head and arms dangling out of that pocket. This was oddly comfortable for him.]

Must be the same Asch I know. Kinda weird for everyone to have nicknames like that. [ trots along at a moderate pace until they reach the stone pathway leading up to the house. ] Dunno if Chibet's here right now, but you can stay until he comes back.

...that's not his real name? [He might have believed it, since Asch never corrected them. He hides back in the pocket while Luke trots along.] He might have been stepped on if he wasn't careful.

...not sure what you would call his real name. [ Luke isn't sure whether to consider 'Asch' his name or 'Luke'. ]

His real name would be... [He stops because he isn't sure what is considered a real name. After all he was named not so long ago, and he still responds to his number.]

[ shrugs, going back to grinning as they enter the kitchen. ] Eh, his name is whatever he lets us call him.

[He catches the scent of food, and looks around.] So he has many names... What do you call him?

I call him by what I know him as. Asch. [ catches sight of him peeking out of the pocket and opens a cabinet. ] Hey, Pip, you hungry?

[His ears perk up.] Yes! Let's eat!

Great! What kinda stuff do you like?

[He blinks, unsure on how to answer. After all he ate what he was given.] ...food?

[ oh, Pip. you have so much to learn. shame Luke is hardly the person to teach you. ] ...no kidding. What kind of food?

[He rubs his chin thinking. Wasn’t food just food. Why was the tomato Luke making things more difficult.] Ookii-sama knows what kind.

Well Asch isn't here right now, so you have to tell me or settle for whatever I decide to make. [ more like whatever he can fix without blowing up something or setting the kitchen on fire. ]
