[There's an unhappy "Luke" stomping about, grumbling about something under his breath. He had a bagful of food in hand and was heading back to the house. There are birds stalking him, maybe that's why he's so unhappy.]

Hey. [ Makes a face at him. ]

Makes you wonder how we've been able to deal with each other for this long.

Nah, not really. You're not that bad at all compared to Asches. I don't mind hanging around with you.

...hm. [grins a little at that. He's put everything away by now and is going to head down at the hall]

Luke, have you been to my room?

[ Does the hand flip thing without realizing it. ] You have to be kidding. I know better than to poke around in rooms that aren't mine.

Well someones been in my room. I came home the other day to find the bed unmade.

...uhhhh.. I let someone stay a short while. They got a little lost.

...And you let the person in my room?

..he kinda just flopped over in the first room he came to.

[sighs, mutters] You shouldn't just invite people in you don't know. He could have wanted something from you or threaten your life.

Never said I didn't know him. And if someone did want something, I could give them what they want or fight 'em off.

...and if you couldn't do either?

...why wouldn't I be able to? I'm a good fighter.

... [wanders into his room]

I-- Hey, Asch. [ Pokes his head into the room but without looking at Asch. ] Thanks.

...[just waves a hand at him]
