[Somewhere near the outskirts of town, a lot of debris can be found in a certain little area of town. One of the main kitchens has been exposed to the outside as Asch has completely knocked out bits of the building on one side to get to the kitchen. He's hungry, very hungry.]

[he's going to carefully scoop her up and take her out of the hole so they can talk more easily]

You're my son and a kind person, no matter what size you may be. [ What a clever idea! She'll happily seat herself on his hand and fold her own in her lap. ]

S-Son!? Y...You know about that?

Hmm? Oh, yes. Luke brought you home to us some time ago. It was wonderful to know you were doing well. [ She likes sitting here; it's soft and so very warm. ]

N-No he didn't...[sighs] You must be a different mother then...

Asch.. My darling boy... [ Pets one of his fingers as she might to his hair. ] I may not be the mother you know but I am your mother.

...[he gently strokes her back, a faint smile on his face. He's a little happy inside that he's consider a son to her...even if it's not really the mother from back home. Of course this warm reunion is going to be interrupted by the low growling sound coming from his stomach]

[ That makes for a very nice massage; his touch being both strong and warm. But just as she had begun to hum a quiet tune for Asch, his neglected insides drowned her voice out and she chides him with a smile of her own. ] Don't you go allowing me interrupt your lunch, Asch. I'd be happy to wait until after you've finished.

[he frowns, a little embarrassed] Are you sure...?

Certainly, dear. I had been on the way to get something to eat myself. We can have our meal together.

Really...? [sounds too good to be true, and what's she going to think when she sees his eating habits?] My food is...somewhere else. I was collecting things in the kitchen for Natalia, so...I'll bring the food here.

Oh, Natalia is here too? How wonderful! [ She gives him a knowing smile and pats his palm. ] That's sounds like an excellent idea. I would be more than happy to wait while you go get your lunch.

[his face turns slightly red. He lowers her back into the kitchen before standing up to go and collect his items]
