[Down through the halls, and out the window, a song can be heard being played. It was being played on the piano, something that hasn't been heard in quite some time at ADR. The way it was being played, it sounded as if someone was at peace.]

[After going through this several times, he has a feeling Luke was probably in front of him, blocking his way. His walking stick finds him first, hitting him several times in the leg, his gaze never meeting Luke] Move.

[ Damn. You missed your chance to smack him upside the head, Asch. Luke stubbornly crosses his arms and remains there. ] Only if you let me help you!

[fine, you get your wish. Want to know where that stick goes? Somewhere lower mid-range. Whether on purpose or not, it had to hurt.]

[ You better believe it hurts like a bitch as the replica goes down with a yelp, clutching at his crotch. You have impeccable aim for a blind person, Asch. Cue the whimpering. ]

...[sighs, damn conscience. He turns back around, poking Luke with his stick, slowly kneeling down. Somehow he'll get arm around his, and attempts to help him up]

[ At being poked in the head, Luke looks up to see Asch beside him and he can't help but throw his arms around him, hugging the German boy. ] ...I'm sorry.

Your brother.. is me? Then Van didn't keep you at Daath with him. But why... He would have had an easier time if you couldn't see...

[Asch can't tell what Luke was doing at all, just what he hears]

[ Boy wonder here has momentarily forgotten about Asch's disability and just nods. How did Asch always know how to make him feel guilty? ]

[recieving no response, he assumes the idiot was still feeling bad about it]

[ Right you are, Asch. His head jerks up at Asch's voice. ] Ah-- That doesn't give me the right to make assumptions about you. I don't want to slip back into my old habits.
