[Just kind of... suddenly disappears, leaving a ghost image of himself behind that quickly vanishes. Sonido is a beautiful thing, and there he is, right behind you.]

[Somehow the fact that he can apparently teleport is relatively unsurprising to Van, and instead of whirling around as most would he simply stabs his sword into the ground, the glyphs of a certain arte forming around him]

[Again, Luke used his sonido ability to move out of the way, coming to a safe distance as a smirk tugged at his lips.]

There will always be Tear and the others to stop you if we can't.

That's where you're mistaken; pawns might start off as such, but they can grow to become a piece with a potential greater than you. Not to mention you have no right to punish me.

[ Braces to block his blow. ] Your so-called power is only a wish! We're the ones who were given Lorelei's true strength!

[They are rather pretty, aren't they? Luke let's out a small noise, using sonido again to avoid the more potent blasts, though he does get nicked a few times, damaging his clothes and leaving small burn marks behind. He let out a rather miffed noise, brushing some of the burn from his face.]

What can Mystearica accomplish alone? Without the Key of Lorelei, anything the others could do is hopeless!

[Going back in for the close-quarters combat now, swinging his sword downwards in a vertical fashion]

[As the blade comes down, Van ~~jumps up into the air and grabs it, throwing it at his opponent while his scarf blows in the wind behind him~~ rushes in to deal a blow with his own blade as well]
