[Sitting under a shady tree is the very same old world looking Luke with the thick English accent. He's currently surrounded by what looks like an art project. Little opened bottle of paint, some feathers, beads and fakes jewels rest beside him and before him are many fabric masquerade mask in various colors. Though what seems to be holding his attention are the glitter pens. The store owner recommended them but boy still wasn't sure what for... These mordern art tools were a little different from what he's used to, so he's been gazing at it thoughtfully for quite sometime now. It was an odd sort of pen, nothing like a quill and was filled with shiny dust.]

Looks like something a pixie would make...

[Gives the plastic pen and jumps when some of the dust squirts out and lands on a mask.]

Oh, bugger...

Like any type of people, there are bound to be both decent and despicable.

[ Gives a subtle nod and places the mask on the ground to arrange decorations on it. ]

A fascinating idea for a holiday. I wonder if anyone from my world would be interested in it...

I don't see why not unless they are the jumpy type, it's also a holiday for ghost and ghouls. Older traditions say it's also the day the dead can walk among the living. But it's quite fun. The adults have parties and the children are given candy. No matter what the age you're bound to get something good!

[Smiles and rolls some glitter pens in his direction.] Any ideas on what you'd like to be?

I know of one person who would take a day such as that a little too seriously. It would be a great deal of fun to play pranks on her.

[ Grins, growing quiet for a minute while he thinks. ] Going as myself would scare most.

Oh? An angel that picks on ladies? [Snerks.] Is she that uptight?

[Raises a brow.] Yes, your fluffy little wings are quite fearsome. [Chuckles and holds up the finished mask.]

When she happens to be a childhood friend, yes. But no, she is more gullible than anything. She would believe every little tale about the undead.

[ Said wings puff out indignantly. ] Very nice. What do you plan on being?

Well tell her to dress as someone with a sense of humor for the holiday. [Holds the mask up to the boy's face.]

Don't know yet. But this one is for you, Angel.

Should I see her, I will.

[ Leans back and just blinks for a long while before taking the mask from him. ] For me? [ And... "Angel"? ]

She's not here?

Mhmm, it was inspired by you so it's meant for you. [Pulls another blank mask over.]

Not that I know of.

[ If he were the type, Asch would be blushing about now. ] ...thank you. [ Well now, he'll just have to return the favor and make one for Luke. Hmm... Yellow works. ]

Shame... Do you have people from your world here at least?

[Just waves him off and starts gluing some red feathers to the black mask he has, shaping them like cat ears.]

My idiot replica is here, and I have made several friends.

[ Using feathers to make an animal shape? Very clever. He sets the mask down and cuts an equal length of yellow, red, and green ribbon, then begins to braid them together. ]

Well that's good... erm, are you not fond of your replica?

[Watches him a moment in silent curiosity.]

[ Smiles fondly as he pokes a hole in the mask and attaches the braid. ]

Quite the opposite. Yet that does not stop him from being an idiot.

Very strange little angel...

[Tilts his head curiously and tries to figure out what he's making.]

You might wish to reevaluate show you gauge sizes if you believe me to be small.

[ Good luck with that. He hasn't a clue as to what it is. ]

You never did answer my question of how you earned your wings.

[Looks away from the mask and back to him.]

[ Picks up a paintbrush with a scowl, then switches to gluing blue feathers along the top. ]

A dull tale at best.

[Looks a little curious when he scowls at the paint brush but doesn't comment. Just lets this odd Asch work his vision.]

I doubt it's dull and your reluctance to tell it only makes it seem more interesting.
