[Somewhere in the quieter corners of town, there's a lemonade stand made of wood. There are candles in shapes of tiny cats, owls, bats, snakes, white skulls, and a bunch of other Halloween's decorations on the stand. Behind the stand sat a colonel who dressed himself as an old man with a thick white beard and a pointy hat. His robes are all dark blue. He holds a long wooden staff in one hand. With his clever disguise, he's dressing his part as a magnificent GANDALF wizard. The only tattletale sign to his identity are his glasses.

Nearby his stand, there's a sign. It reads:]

Menu
The following is free!
1 slice of pumpkin pie
1 cup of pumpkin ale
1 pumpkin scone
1 pumpkin cupcake
1 pumpkin sugar cookie
10 pieces pumpkin candy

Good luck charms: 15 gald
Tarot fortunes: Free
Magic potions: Negotiatiable
Hexes: Negotiable

[Anise listens intently, momentarily forgetting about her slice of delicious pumpkin pie. She's unnaturally quiet as she she actually waits for the Colonel to finish with his reading, before commenting.]

Mm... I never expected you to be the type to do this kind of thing, Colonel. I didn't know you were into tarot cards.

[She smiles a little, though.]

But that's - they're wise words, though. Whether or not this kind of thing does actually work, I think I'll take them seriously. ♥

Oh, I decided to pick up on this hobby because I'm the type of person who never believed in this sort of thing...and yet, perhaps I'm experimenting and testing new waters.
