[Well, snacking on his little soul had gotten to the point of dangerous. Luke tasted bad to him anyway, so it was probably better for the both of them that Asch finally took to the night on his own, dressed in his Victorian best, cape flaring out behind him as he strolled down the street. He was keeping his eyes peeled for someone that could be tasty for his pallet, anxious for a good meal for once.]

[ Hey, maybe he'd finally met another nice Asch. The ones not from Auldrant seemed more tolerant, that was for sure. Relaxing, he gave Asch a smile. ]

Kinda happens when the only thing you see for seven years is the inside of a manor. But I've learned a lot since being allowed out.

[Ah, that was so much better. Lukes was terribly more adorable when he smiled, and that seemed to hold true no matter what place he was from. He shifted his grip on his chin, gently brushing a thumb against his cheek.]

And thank goodness you've been allowed out. Keeping a creature like you caged is a crime.

[ Luke blinked in the darkness as he tried to make out Asch's expression. The gesture made his smile grow curious, and he absently wondered if the snack he ate earlier had left crumbs. ]

What do you mean? I ended up doing more harm than good once I stuck my nose into everything...

[Wow, he was kind of soft... just like his Luke. The resemblance was uncanny... and rather adorable. He wondered if they tasted the same too... hopefully not, but there was only one way to find out...]

[ Rather like a marshmallow, this one. Since arriving he hadn't gotten into any fights and only had a couple incidents with trees. His eyes lit up a tad at the question and he nodded. ]

If I can! Childish as it is, I want to keep putting my heart into helping everyone.

[Oh so easy... honestly, even his Luke had put up more of a fight than this. Then again, he had terrorized his Luke at first, but that was beside the point. He leaned a little be closer, putting on all the charm.]

Of course... I require a special kind of sustenance, you see...

[ Maybe it was the charm, or maybe it was the fact this Asch had a strange accent and fascinating clothes, but Luke seemed quiet enamored, hanging off his every word. ]

[A faint purr escaped from Asch as he gazed into Luke's eyes, his voice softening.]

[ Luke blinked several times and even went so far as to clean his ear out with a finger, just to be certain. Yep. Asch... was making cat noises. Weird. His nose scrunched up in annoyance. ]

Okay, I get it. I said yes already so you don't have to ask again. You all are always so secretive...! Frustrating originals...

[Asch couldn't help but let out an amused noise, reaching down to nuzzle against his neck. Ah, it truly didn't matter what world they were from: Luke was still Luke. And now he had a good handful of Lukes he could choose from whenever he wanted. He must have gone to paradise...]

Remember you said that...

[And since Luke was so insistent on sticking with his answer, he wasted no time in biting his neck.]

[ Traveling around Auldrant had taught Luke a great deal of patience, but after having his stargazing interrupted by Mr. Fancypants here, he didn't want to beat around the bush, even if he was nice. He went rigid as Asch's warm breath tickled his throat, grateful that the dark would hide the tint creeping onto his cheeks. ]

[ Feeling fangs pierce his flesh was entirely unexpected, and Luke gave a strangled cry -- more out of surprise -- as he flailed in place. At least he had the good sense not to try escaping. ]

V-vampire?!

[ Depending on how attentive Asch is, he might have seen the very faintest of marks on Luke's neck... ]

[A faint sigh escaped from Asch as the replica's warm blood flooded into his mouth. Thank goodness, something that was easy on the tongue. If one of these 'replica' Lukes was edible, than certainly the others were as well.]

[Unfortunately, he had missed the other marks; he was much more worried about his new meal at the moment. <3]

[ After the initial shock had worn off, Luke took to simply fidgeting where he was, rubbing and pinching and pulling the bit of lace trapped in his fingers. It had been months since he last met seen a vampire, and thus been bitten. His head lolled to the side with a quiet noise, giving Asch more room to maneuver. ]

[Ah, such a good little human. Asch took advantage of the opportunity, an arm snaking around his waist and pulling him closer as he fed, another soft sigh escaping from him. Oh, he could get used to this...]

[Sadly, he didn't want his meals expiring before their time, and he pulled away after a moment, licking his lips with a faint sound of satisfaction.]

[ Luke had tightly screwed his eyes shut throughout the majority of Asch's bloodfeast, finding the pain easier to handle if he pretended it wasn't happening, but they shot open with a cry when the original tugged him off-balance. Why they liked being so close baffled him; people didn't loom over a plate of food while they ate. ]

[ With how he acted, one might have thought Luke had been trained to comply; he remained where he was after Asch sat back, watching warily. ]

[Asch lapped at the wound until the blood stopped, a lazy smile on his face. Ah, that had been quite good. After a moment, he pulled his face away from his neck, giving him a rather bemused smile.]

One would think you have been through this before.

[ A shiver ran through him when Asch allowed the crisp night air to hit his wounded neck and he pulled himself closer for warmth, looking up enough to give Asch a flat look. ]

[Oh, this Asch is more than happy to accommodate you Lukes. Unfortunately he's not very warm; he only had a little bit, after all.]

Truly? I did not imagine there were others of my kind in such a place.

[ That seems to confuse and annoy Luke further as he shuffles to hide from the breeze behind Asch's frilly form. ]

There's anymore... I haven't seen the other you in a long time.

[ Luke's shoulders droop upon mentioning of the vampire. Strange as he was, that was the first and longest friend he had made here... ]

[Not only another vampire... but another him? How odd... Asch offered him a comforting arm, wrapping his cape about him as he did so.]

[ Luke chastised himself for jumping at the charity Asch showed and offered him a tiny smile by way of apology. ]

It's okay. I'm sure he's happy wherever he is. And besides, I got to meet you!

[ The petting gets a puzzled look and nothing more. It's... kind of nice. Nobody's ever done more than pat his head once or twice. ]
