[In a well-lit district of the town, Gelda is working near a wishing tree. Despite how cold it is, with the streets paved with snow, she sat on a stool with a box full of artistic supplies. On her lap, she works with different types of artistic medium where she written down prayers of hopes and wishes on ribbons, which she then hung on branches of the tree. She must have a lot of wishes, because the tree is quite colorful and decorative.

There's a sign next to her, which said, "Wishing Tree! Make your wish on a ribbon!"]

[OOC: So hay gaiz! Make ribbons, ornaments, leave offerings of cookies, alchohol, or whatever to make a wish. Or just give her a poke.]

-Have a curious Anise, she's wondering what's all the hub bub about. She first wanders towards the tree, obviously distracted by how shiny and colorful it was. She then looked over at the sign, making her way to Gelda.-

Can I make a wish?

[She was drawing a few pictures on her current ribbon.]

Help yourself. There are crayons and markers in that box, so you can write down your wish and then hang it up on this tree.

-Anise smiled cheerfully taking a ribbon and picking up a few markers that complemented the color of the ribbon. She first wrote her wish, which happened to say 'I wish for my memories to be returned'. She then put decorative little curly-cues on either side of her written words before deciding she was finished. She then looked for a spot on the tree, turning to the woman for approval before tying it to a branch-

Is right here ok~? What do I do afterward?

That's all there is to it. [She smiled.] If I were you, I'd put offerings of cookies and wine to appease the spirits of nature to help carry out our wishes. You placed the offerings at the base of the tree.

-Anise tied the ribbon to the tree and looked at what she had to offer-

What about candy, would that work?

[She smiled at the young one.]

Candy will work splendidly.

-She quickly goes into her candy bag and digs out a few yummy pieces, laying them down with the other offered items-

There we go~

Good job! May all your wishes come true.

-Reaching for a ribbon without permission was none other than Asch wishing to make his all time wish-

Don't mind if I do.

[She gave him a nod and she smiled.]

Well, hello. There's a marker in the box. You can use that to write down your wish.

[Asch writing his wish down, but also put his non writing arm around the ribbon to make sure no one saw what he wished for.]

-Looking at the tree for a place to put it-

So when should I expect this wish to actually come true?

That takes time and patience. [Gelda ties a ribbon to a open spot on a tree.] Sometimes, if you waited too long, it would probably never going to come true and you have to compromise.

-Whispering to himself- What if I didn't know Van had made a replica of himself...

-sigh-

What if I have just started my journey in search for my wish?

[Tilts her head. What's a professor should say to a stranger she doesn't know?]

It seems you want some answers. Keep searching and keep looking. [She said hopefully.]

Hav...have you ever searched for answers before?

I already did. It took me years to figure it out.

You're young. You have plenty of time.

Maybe...your right, but I feel there isn't enough time. Has any of your wishes ever come true before?

My wishes? Sometimes, I did everything I can to make it happening through my own efforts.

Did it ever work through just efforts?

Professor? What are you doing?

Writing wishes on these ribbons. [She showed him her finished ribbon which she written down her payers.] I then hang them up on this tree and then leave offerings, so that my wishes will come true.

Will it really work?

If you believe it, it will. [She offers him a ribbon.] Would you like to make a wish?

Yeah, I will.

Just takes the markers in the box and write it down on your ribbon.

Okay! (takes some and starts writing)

[She lets him write in silence, not once asking him what his wish is. She picks up another ribbon to write another prayer.]

...When I'm done, I just hang it up?

Yes, just like that. [And she demonstrates by hanging the ribbon on the branch by tying up with a string.]

Okay! (happily hangs his up next to hers)
