[ Remaining idle has never been one of Asch's strong points at any time in his life, so it should come as no surprise that he would find a way to spend his spare time doing something productive. As of late you might have seen the winged original bustling about hither and tither, to and fro, and even yonder as he transported -- among other things -- a great many boxes, several types of food, and a boatload of furniture. All this was being taken in the direction of a city located near the ocean's shoreline, to an outdoor cafe that would give a hole in the wall a bad name.

Only one small (if tasty-smelling) box remains to be taken from the apartments to said cafe. You're free to catch him anywhere along the way, with his hair neatly braided and sporting a spotless, ruffle-free apron. Mock at your own risk, drecks. ]

They happen to be natural disasters in most things, in case you have not noticed. ...so far as I know there isn't any other tasks requiring the use of an apron.

[ Gives her a wary glance and shrugs. ] Not particularly, though you're welcome to come along.

-Anise smiled and let go of Asch, stepping to the side so that she could follow.-

[ After shaking out his feathers, Asch continues onward. ]

I have to warn you-- you might be in for a shock.

-Anise gave him a mischievous grin, though it may be as hard to tell when he was teasing as it was with colonel, she was still able to tell what she hoped was well.-

Maybe I'll come and visit you everyday then, what do you think about that~♥

[ Comparing him to Jade of all people? That's just cruel. ]

-Her smiled softly in memory, she needed to pay the man a visit again soon. Anise then tilted her head curiously at what he said, trying her best not to take it the wrong way and snicker.-

Services? And pray tell what am I purchasing~?

Dist was only responsible for the workings of it? You have my most deepest apologies. I should have known that was the case, given the lack of tacky colors and design.

[ Weeeeell... He can live with that for now. The Necromancer does have a few good points. Though Asch almost seems to anticipate her response, giving Anise a look that very clearly says "Don't you dare say anything." ]

I have it on very reliable sources that you favor strawberry shortcake.

-She flashed him a teasing grin-

-She giggled softly when he gave her that look, that was, before her interest were peaked at the mention of strawberries-

[ And now it's his turn to sport a sly grin, fishing through a pocket to produce a key which he taps against his right temple. ]

-Oh my, trying to be tricky in your own way Asch? That key is rather shiny but you're still doing nothing to make sure her mind is out of the gutter. Temptation plus key and services? Just what are you planing~?-

[ The sneaky part? Yes. With suggestive overtones? Not so much. Older though you may be, Anise, you're still not someone Asch would ever consider doing more than hugging. Nothing personal. ]

How convenient that you won't have to wait.

[ Because that small, well loved building off to the side of all the others? He's headed there and unlocking the door, even holding it open for her. ]

-That's good because she loves nothing more than to give you hugs, you may even get a kiss on the cheek but Anise would have to feel daring for that or suicidal

Anise smiles cheerfully as he opened the door for her, thanking him in the process. before she turned to look at where she entered.-

[ Being affectionate with Asch would result in all kinds of amusing reactions depending on his mood at the time. The most probable one would be a flustered spazzing.

And the dinky place he's led her to is a bright, airy cafe with more room outside than in, but clean just the same. The decorations of cerulean and white are sparse in keeping with the open feel associated with the city they passed through. After stepping inside, Asch waits to hear her opinion. ]

-Anise thinks the flustered spazzing is the cutest~

Anise looked about, wide-eyed in amazement as she took in the cafe.-

Oh wow Asch, did you do this all by yourself?

[ It really is, not that he would ever admit to it.

Asch shifts to size up the place again and inclines his head slightly. ]

It took several months, but yes.

-She turned around and gave him a bright smile.-

You know we have to celebrate, right~♥ Especially since you did such an amazing job~!

[ Oh boy. He gives her a flat look, hesitating a moment before responding. ]

...and what, pray tell, do you have in mind for this 'celebration' idea of yours?

-Her grin is rather wicked Asch, she has plenty of idea's on how to celebrate for something but she'll refrain from suggesting the more devious ones.-
