[ You might think that today is your very average ordinary day, but you would be wrong. It's a day in which Luke will have no qualms about running your ass over as she hustles about to and fro without regard for anything (or anyone) in her path, a look of mild panic upon her face.
You're welcome to interrupt her, of course, but you had also better watch out if you're on the slow side! You're liable to cause a collision. Because you know it totally wouldn't be her fault. Mmhmm. ]

It's been over a week. We're excused. \8'D/
[ It sounds like a fun way to sweep away the occasional blues and pass the time together with a friend she's missed forever. In a lot of ways, Anise had been her closest friend of their group after Guy; they were (technically) nearest in age and enjoyed marvels the world had to offer children, then there was the loss of Ion...
Luke's voice trails off as she casts a rueful glance towards the ground, her thoughts going past wondering and straight into I must have screwed up again territory by mentioning Anise's family. --until the question, anyways. She jerks her up back up, surprised for a brief moment. Anise wasn't angry...? No, that wouldn't be her. Sure Anise would gladly kick your ass for ignoring her feminine charms, but she never held honest effort against anyone. Except for maybe Guy, though he was asking for it. ]
Cards are a given, so I was thinking something useful to go with that. Like maybe if you gave your parents a piggy bank, they wouldn't be so quick to give away their money!
/takes a week to finally reply. 8'D;;
But this would help. Being together with Luke, one of her very best friends, doing things for their families together. It'd be fun, and help take away some of the pain and loneliness they both must have felt. Besides, she really just wanted to be with one of her closest friends right now. She'd been living alone for too long, and was getting bored.]
You really thing that'll help?! Maybe we should get them a safe instead...and make sure they don't know the combination. O-Or a bank account! I'll make it myself and deposit a bunch! You get interest when you make one, right?
