[is leaning against a wall, fiddling with a locket in his hand and staring outside where it was pouring rain.]

[wanders over, hands in his pockets. watching him for a second, he quickly glances away when he notices the locket.] ...Hey.

...Hey. [quietly pockets away the locket]

[doesn't look at him immediately, but stands close enough to lean his shoulder just slightly against Asch's] ...how're you?

...all right I guess. [continues to watch the rain fall] Haven't seen you in a while.

[clears his throat awkwardly, watching too] ...been a little preoccupied.

Suppose you have.

[slowly moves away]

...[way to bring his spirits down, staring vaguely at the ground]

[and he just folds his arms around himself]

... [turns a little, so that he's facing almost entirely away from Asch]

...

[just frowns]

...

[he's not planning on looking at him anytime soon] [and this would be Luke, moving to leave.]

[scoffs]

...

Oh don't be stupid, Asch! [turns around to nearly glare at him] I said I can't throw away my responsibilities, that has nothing to do with wanting to leave!

[closes his eyes over, balling his hands into fists and shaking his head]

[he has a suggestion, but he doesn't think it's the right time to ask him] You both love each other very much, correct?

... [nods]

...have you...asked her yet?

[runs a hand through his hair, nodding again]
