That is an interesting accessory. I've yet to see anything like it anywhere. Hm. Another disguise would be to our advantage.

Some girl chucked it at me and I found out it makes some sort of disguise when you equip it...but I think "Leon" has begun to stand out a bit.

You can learn through observation... and I know its difficult. Its even becoming hard for me not to go out there and just gut more than half of them.

...hmm. I'm going to tinker with this thing first. It's very good at shielding my abnormalities from people. I don't need people sensing something from me soon as I approach them.
