[ somewhere in the dressing room, a door slams open, hitting the wall behind it hard enough to punch a hole through the surface. through it runs a young, blonde man dressed in... just slightly frilly clothes.

just slightly. more like he beat the hell out of a random ginji and stole his clothing. except it's 100x better.

this young man's face twists a moment in confusion, the tiniest hint of a blush of embarrassment on his cheeks as comes to a quick halt... and he realizes he wasn't ~~in kansas~~ home anymore. ]

...This is certainly the last thing I expected to see.

[Stops in front of one of the doors finally, face going a little red.]

Did you... miss me?

[ stops, as well, smiling down at her. ] Of course, I did. I spent hours and hours looking for you when you disappeared.

I missed you too.

[She clicks open the door, and inside is the room she's been using.] H-Here we go!

[ leans over to peek inside, checking out what he could of the room. ] Not bad... Not bad at all.

[She scampers inside and hops on the bed.]

Glad you like it!

[ slowly walks in after her, taking a more detailed tour of the room she had chosen. ] I really do. Was the room like this when you found it?

Yup, it was just like this. [She laying on her stomach on the bed.]

How odd... [ eventually sits down on the bed next to her, still looking around rather mesmerized. ]

[Shimmies closer to him, tail swishing lightly.]

There's only one bed... but I can sleep at the end...

You know I wouldn't make you do that. [ reaches out a hand to gently scratch her behind an ear. ]

A-Are you sure? [Purrs softly.]

I never really saw a problem with it. [ continues the scratching. ]

You won't get in trouble? [Puurrrr.]

There's no one here to get me in trouble.

Yeah, I guess you're right. [She smiles up at him.]

Then I'll stay by your side at night too.

[ smooths down her hair, returning the smile. ] Thank you, Luka.

It's rather strange, being on my own. Well, mostly on my own. As alone as I could wish to be, what with Mary somehow being able to find me every place I ever go.

Are you scared, Gailardia?

[ well, he sounds rather sheepish to admit this. ] ...Only slightly.

[She reaches up and pats his cheek lightly.]

It'll be okay. We'll be alright.

I-I know. This is a new concept... I will soon grow used to it.

Yup! You're brave, Gailardia, and you'll manage.

Well, at least someone seems to think I'm brave.
