That doesn't mean you should continue like that until you make yourself sick! You should have at least gone inside and warmed up before ending up like this.

I'd be sure to do it gently enough that she shouldn't mind. Unless you're just worried she'd take it the wrong way,

That's one good point about this body. I've yet to get sick. Not counting hangovers, of course.

[cue coughing]

I wonder why some of us seem to get sick easily while others don't. You'd think we'd be similar in that way.. I don't know. Father never got them, even after having a whole bottle during a banquet. *makes a face at all his coughing and tugs the blankets tighter around him.*

[sniffs quietly, smiling at her mothering]

Well, it can't be that you're colder here, at least not with her around. *snorts softly, turning to stare at a non-existent spot on the wall.* And while you might whine more than before, I'm willing to bet that it won't last long if you keep going like this.
