[Here's Asch, sound asleep on a bed in his room, completely exhausted after the recent attacks against the love of his life and to his dear friend. The strain of having to hear the news from one and to heal another has wiped this poor guy out. The doors been left ajar, since he went straight into bed soon as he was done helping everyone a while ago.]

[stirs.] ... [movement? wrist? string? balloon?] ...[FACE]

*uh oh. time to duck down and hope Asch doesn't spot him. not likely, considering the pointy, bright hair.*

[slowly sits up and stares at the floating bouncing rubbery object for a moment.] ... [and now looks at the poorly hidden Luke, lightly poking him on the head.]

... *slowly peeks over the edge of the bed at him and gives a sheepish grin.* Hi.

...[smiles, making the balloon bounce a little]

Yeah.. I kind of figured you might need something to smile about.

hm...[looks away, trying to hide a cough]

*scoots up to him, resting his arms and head on the bed.* You're getting sick, aren't you..?

...

..at least I now know why your Luke ends up sick a lot. Seems to get it from you. *prods the balloon to make it nod in agreement.*

[coughs, making a face] [why does his back hurt all of the sudden?]

That's good. *pulls himself up to sit on the edge bed, frowning.* He's not a freak. And he can't help what he is...

So he can't help himself from fucking with my love? Don't make it sound like he's innocent from his actions in front of me.

I.. I'm sorry. I didn't know he did that to her...

hmph. [and he suddenly feels like getting up to sharpen his blade, so out of the bed he goes, untying the knot on the string as he goes] If I ever see that despicable creature, I'll make sure to put an end to his miserable life.

... *follows after him, reaching out to catch the balloon before it goes too far and wrapping the string around his own wrist a couple of times.* You shouldn't be moving about so much with all you've been through recently.

[he's not listening, finding the sheathe and drawing his blade out.] ...[he suddenly feels funny when he picked up his sword.]

Asch.. Please take it easy. It won't do for you to end up stuck in bed too.

...[Relaxes after a moment and leans against the nearest wall, pinching the bridge of his nose.]

*crosses what little space was left between them, taking his arm and intending to lead him back to bed so he can lay down.* You can do that later.

[ends up roughly pushing him away, almost automatically without thinking]
