[pacing about the house in the late hours is little Asch. who hasn't been able to get any sleep for a while and just...thinking, spacing out]

Hey, that wasn't all my fault. The fontech thing messed up.

Yeah. I mean, sure, it was kinda my fault, but not all of it was!

...Fine, then I'll watch you this time.

...huh?? You're gonna let me use the kitchen?

With supervision. [more like, he's too tired to think properly]

[ pumps his fist into the air and runs down the hall. ] Alright!! [ oh Asch, what demon have you unleashed upon the new kitchen? ]

[FFFF This is what happens when Asch is 10 years old and demands 8 hours of sleep. He follows after him, taking a seat at the table.]

[ all this for a thing of tea. Luke is so easily amused. ] Okay! Water, tea, and sugar, right?

Yea...[he's starting to doze off, resting his head on the table]

[ now for the big moment: to see if he can create the magical substance know as TEA. okay, water into pot, pot onto stove, stove.... on! ]

...[still watching, just not really talking]

[ and success! they have boiling water! ] Hey, alright!

[ now he sets the teabag in the mug and scoops a bit of sugar into it before very, very, very carefully pouring the water in with both hands. ] There.

...[Asch has pretty much fallen asleep now]

... [ go. figure. he's not sure if he should be glad Asch was able to sleep or pissed that his first successful attempt at tea is going to go to waste.

...whatever. after turning all the knobs off, he goes over to Asch and picks the munchkin up, carrying to his room. ]

[squirms a little at being disturbed and picked up all of the sudden and then ends up clinging onto him]

[ that cinches him no longer being anywhere near mad, but it's incredibly awkward to have him latched to his front. luckily Asch's room isn't far. ]

[He'll remain clinging for as long as he can, and then be reluctant to remove from nice warm other body]

[ ahjkfslksjf. this falls under the 'way too fucking weird' category in Luke's mind. if Asch doesn't want to let go, maybe he can get comfortable while still holding him... ]

[Shame, Asch is currently distracted by his dreams to notice the oddity of the situation.] ... [...correction, more like a really bad nightmare, making sounds every once in a while.]

...hey. [ the "kid" gets a light shake as Luke doesn't want to see him hurting because of a nightmare; if his own are scary, he can't begin to imagine what Asch's must be like. ]
