[Having been here for more than a month is starting to take a toll on Asch. Normally he has no problem staying calm and collected, provided that no one actually touches him or gets too close. But going this long without any real direction or anything to keep him grounded has proven difficult, and tonight is no exception. By this point he has gotten used to his dreams; although they aren't usually happy ones, he has no trouble distancing himself from the memories they so cruelly show off. Tonight, though, he has had an incredibly difficult time with it.

Which explains why, despite the fact that it's the middle of the night, he can be seen quietly leaving

scionofhispower's house, to go on a walk. He is very obviously distracted, yet at the same time he's very jumpy. As he's currently looking for some sort of distraction, he has no issues with talking to just about anyone who can keep him occupied.]

He deserves to die for what he's done! Even if his plans were right, he still had no right to do what he did...!

But it took me a while to figure him out... You didn't see how easily he could have killed all of us with one blast during that final battle. He was holding back. He wanted us to kill him, to change the planet our way...

[He sighed deeply.] ... The past is the past, however. This place offers me far more than the dying planet I'm from.

I came here when I was eleven. An Asch and his female Luke took care of me, and were going to have a child. I went back to Auldrant after a few months, and recently returned here. They took me back in.

[A hand goes to his forehead.] A pregnant female Luke... I don't know how this place is still standing.

Well, she isn't pregnant anymore... She said Aidan is about six months old.

In any case, you can extend my congratulations. [He seems oddly unsurprised about an Asch and a Luke having a child... regardless of it almost being forbidden.]

I'm sure you'll meet at least Luke soon enough, if you stay here for any length of time. She's quick to talk to people.

... [He doesn't mind talking to Lukes at all, as female or male as they may be. He rather misses his own...]

Thank you. [He sits back, relaxing and closing his eyes while listening to the crickets chirping.] ...

...Master Van's death at the Absorption Gate isn't the end, is it? People talk about it as if there's more past that.
