abyssdressing | 007 - Valentines~

[Trotting along through the village is a very familiar looking doll. It's Tokunaga, complete with passenger. However...something seems definitely off about both. For one thing, the giant stuffy is wear a black hood over his head, shadowing his button eyes and making his Cheshire cat grin all the more spooky. He's also sporting an odd heart pattern painted in red on his tummy. Secondly, he's dragging a large, heavy axe along behind him. And third...he's singing, even though his face retains it's usual forever grinning look that could make grown men wet themselves.]

[As he goes on, his passenger remains...oddly silent, and strangely hidden. Anise is riding him backwards, holding to one of his ears with one hand while the other is holding a bright red parasol with black trim. The symbol on the parasol looks strange...like a heart growing out of a rose, with a crown on top. It was bold and black, standing out against the bright red. The girl was also wearing a ruffly red gown, that looked like something royalty might wear. The ruffles were white, and the gown had black as well as white and gold trim. There were many hearts incorporated in said trim.

Her face hidden in the shadow of her parasol, Anise rides along on her walking, talking dolly, who's singing merrily, that grin large and almost more frightening than usual. Both passenger and taxi give off a strange dark aura.

Something is definitely amiss. ...Perhaps they've gone mad?

Ah, but...we're all mad here~ ♥]

[OOC: Make way for the Queen of Hearts! ...No, seriously, you better get the hell out of Anise's way if executioner!Tokunaga tells you to. You piss Anise off, and it's "off with your head". Friends, foes, acquaintances...anyone is subject to the Queen's wrath. This is also a kindasorta placeholder until tomorrow-ish. It's close to 4am, and I haven't done my homework for Monday yet, derp. orz]

[Any other time, Anise would be on her hands and knees laughing at Arietta, but she's all business right now. To see the little girl acting so obediently pleases her, and a smile forms on her lips. The unimpressed look goes over her crowned head, and she just waited for the girl to adress her as royalty. ...Hurry up.]

[There's a few moments of looking unimpressed silently before she does speak up.]

You're acting weird.

[Oh. Oh hell no. Anise's eyes narrow and she loses her smile instantly. You did not just insult the Queen of Hearts, wild child. Tokunaga's massive paws grip the handle of his axe tightly, and he's so ready to start hacking away, but doesn't. Not until his queen commands it.]

...You dare speak to me in such a way?

[Arietta does notice Tokunaga's grip on the axe, but she doesn't look all that concerned. Even without her friends around, she is a God-General, so she won't...die immediately, maybe. Anyway, it's not time for their duel--she's the one who's going to decide that.]

You're not a Majesty. You're not even a Guardian anymore. I don't have to speak to you in any way. [...Arietta, seriously, grow some survival instincts.]

[For real. Anise looks like a volcano about to burst. In fact, she does, much like one, actually. She grips Tokunaga tightly and points angrily at Arietta. Don't you know, wild child? The queen decides everything. Like whether or not you keep your head.]

You--! I am the Queen of Hearts!! Your head will roll for your lack of respect!

[She snaps her fingers and Tokunaga sets her down gingerly, before he rounds on Arietta, grin wide and manic. He looks like he's going to enjoy this~ He lumbers over, holding that axe high above his head, aiming at the girl's little head. He sings quietly, chuckling.]

[Okay, so now she's a little concerned. For all that Anise is a meanie-head and a murderer, she had never been the sort to try to kill Arietta over something like that. Anise has clearly gone crazy and it's not the harmless sort, either. So she's going to try quickly backing away as only a spellcaster used to getting interrupted all the time knows how.]

Stop it, Anise! I haven't told you it's time to duel yet!

And I didn't plant any roses, anyway!

[Anise doesn't reply. She merely opens her parasol and holds it over her head, grinning wickedly as she twirls it. Tokunaga sings his eerie song as he begins to increase his pace, grin wide and manic. You're not running and you should be, little Guardian.

That axe comes down hard, aimed right at the little girl. It's a very long and open swing, so you'd best take the opportunity to move, little girl.]

[Expecting the swing eventually, she manages to dive out of the way, though it interrupts her glare at Anise. She doesn't expect that Tokunaga would just let her go if she ran, so instead she's going to start casting.]

[What was that you were saying about being interrupted while casting? Tokunaga charges, but speed's not exactly his forte, so he might be a bit slow, especially carrying that heavy axe around. Even still, he'll manage to get close, and swing his axe in a circular motion at the girl. Pushiment, a la Tokunaga style~]

[Since the spell she went for is fairly quick and Tokunaga is relatively slow, she just barely manages to squeeze out] Barrier! [before the axe lands. Thanks to the spell, she doesn't lose her head, but she does go flying. Ow.]

[Curse you and your support artes. Tokunaga isn't so happy about there not being any red on his blade, but does lower in a predatory manner, chuckling as the poor girl is sent hurtling back. He stalks his way closer to her, dragging his axe behind him. Hm, maybe this didn't have to be quick. Maybe he could draw it out for his queen's entertainment, unless she said otherwise.

As he approaches, her reaches out to grab at Arietta, maybe hold her down for his queen to gloat before he could do the deed with his axe.]

[She's certainly going to try to scramble out of the way of that. Trying to cast her way out would be pretty hard if she got pinned down. However, it'll probably be a near thing if she does manage to avoid it, as she'll barely have gotten to her feet by the time Tokunaga gets in grabbing distance.]

[Tokunaga moves slowly, but precisely, his clawed paw only just manages to curl around the little leg and pull her back roughly. His grip is crushing, and painful, like a vice. The massive dolly grins ferociously about her, looming over the poor child with his axe clenched in his free arm.

He pauses, and looks to his queen. Does she want to gloat like she usually does? Or does she just want this little heathen brat's head to roll? He waits for a sign, looking back at his Queen. If you have anything up your sleeve, wildchild, it's best to use it now, or else you won't ever have another chance.]

[OOC: And, though I feel like a total and complete horrible person, I do have to ask permission if I can have Anise kill Arietta. |D; I don;t wanna assume.]
