[You know, it's been a long time since Anise had been away from Tokunaga. And now, months later, she'd been reunited with her precious doll thanks to engelgefallen returning him for her. Perhaps it was just the fact of having him back after so long that kept her from actually seeing if he functioned like she remembered, but today Anise can be found tromping through the streets on her massive dolly, testing his mobility and response to her fonslots.

Everything checked out fine there, which was awesome.

As she and Tokunaga left the city limits, she found a good, clear spot a short walk away from the city to test how her manages in a battle. He was still her weapon as well as her plush and best friend. So, anyone who follows the destructive sounds of crashing outside the city's limits can see Anise atop Tokunaga, testing various artes and even FOF changes.

She steps into one FOF circle, and powers up, Tokunaga gathering fonons into one of his massive plush paws. Liking what she feels, Anise cries out the attack name--]

Fatal punch!
Stone Dragon Ascent!

[Tokunaga drags his fist up in a brilliant uppercut, soaring up a few feet, the ground splitting and hefting up blasts of fonons and even some rock from the sheer force of her arte. Looks like Tokunaga checked out A-okay as her snuggly buddy and her super powered attack puppet.

Grinning, the girl hugged her doll, snuggling her face happily into his soft, squishy head. She really missed him.]

[Asch has seen Anises around, and he's seen them with their (rather creepy, in his opinion) dolls. He's never actually seen any of them using those dolls, though, so he watches, curious, when he sees her with Tokunaga.]

[Anise blinks, commanding Tokunaga to turn once she hears the voice behind her, taking up an offensive pose. She isn't taking chances anymore. However, when she sees it's just...Luke? No, wait--]

Asch?! Wha--you shrunk! [She really should know there's more than one Asch around here, but she hasn't actually seen one in months.]

Oh, um...th-then I guess you're another Asch. Sorry. [Aaaaawkward. Anise slinks forward on Tokunaga, pushing herself up to sit on his head, between his huge ears.]

Huh? Oh, you mean Tokunaga? Hehe, yeah, he is! [She leans back, making the doll kind of shift from one leg to another in place. And now, she doesn't usually do this, but bitty!Asch was in dire need of a smile just as much as the older versions, so...]

Make sure you hold on tight, okay? He might not look it, but Tokunaga moves pretty fast when I tell him to. [Well, not that fast considering he was large and heavy, but fast enough. Anise had indeed gotten stronger on her journey, and made up for any shortcomings with Tokunaga.]

I'm gonna make him move now, so just keep your feet planted and hang on. [And off they go. Slowly at first.]

[Anise makes sure they aren't moving too fast or too far, just plodding around in the area she was using to train. It was a decent sized field, though, so they had a lot of room to move around.]

Boo, of course he's safe! I've been using Tokunaga to fight with for two years now and never had any problems!! But if you're scared, Asch, I can put you down~ [Ho, ho, Anise's sourpuss!trolling is not limited to just the older ones.]
