S-Sure. What do you feel like having? [ He's already looking around for restaurants. Seafood, taverns, all-you-can-eat, nice restaurants... As long as they have shrimp or chicken on the menu (both would be heavenly), he's good. ]

[ At least this one's eight instead of seven. B-Blush. He rubbed his stomach and pouted, much of his old self shining through. He'd been forced to grow up so fast during that year on his own. Even for the good it did him, which was a lot, he lost a lot of his childishness. Childishness would have been a weakness in the wilderness. So he was glad he could relax and be himself again. ]

Sh-Shut up... C'mon. [ He waved her inside, smiling a bit to show he was just kidding with her. He spoke to the hostess, nodding when she asked if they needed a table for two. The hostess led them back into a little private corner that still had a nice view out the window at the dimming sky outside. she set their menus on the table and giggled at them, walking off. Luke blushed and looked at one of the chairs, then pulled it out for Tear to sit in. ]

[ Luke smiled at her and pushed her chair in for her, then sat down in the other one. So classy~ ]

[ Except he needed to turn his menu the right way up, but other than that... He blinked when he finally noticed, quickly flipping it around and giving an awkward laugh. Silly dreck. :|b ]

...! That sounds really good... [ Chicken and shrimp pasta~ Ohgod, he'd die happy. And as if on cue, his stomach grumbled rather loudly. He blushed and put a hand over it. ]

[ He put in his order when the waitress came over -- and a glass of water to drink, as well -- then handed his menu over to her and smiled at Tear. ]

[ There was always something -- or someone -- to smile for. As much as the bit of time following the fall of Akzeriuth changed him, so had his time after the Tower of Rem and being cast away to some other, foreign place. He could die tomorrow, for Yulia's sake, and he'd regret not having taken his chances. ]

[ Her hand was enclosed in his strong one, and nothing else mattered at that point. He glanced to it and felt a great sense of relief that he no longer had to run, that he had a place he could call home and someone there waiting for him -- even if that place was an inn. It didn't matter. ]

[ He could definitely see the emotion written on her face and it made him smile more. So sweet... Tear had grown a lot, not just him. It might not have been noticeable as much as his sudden change, but he saw it. And... And he hoped they could both continue to grow together. He had the time now, right? His wings fluttered at the thought. He finally realized his wings were stretched out and snapped them to his back before anyone teased him about them being cute. They were not, dammit! ]

[ Luke only let his hand leave Tear's -- reluctantly -- when their food arrived. O-Oh my god, that looked good. Don't mind his mouth watering over here. ]

[ You have no idea how relieved this Luke was at not having to run anymore. He's not the same person you knew; he's grown. He hasn't changed much, except maybe a bit of bitterness that wasn't there before, but he's definitely matured. Though, here, he could be himself and let his guard down. He could be happy around Tear... ]

[ Luke's head snapped up suddenly and he wiped his mouth with his napkin, blushing and laughing. ] S-Sorry. Let's eat! [ Grin! Digging in -- oh my god this is heaven aaaaa. 8'D ]
