[asch is walking around again, wearing this dress (even though it's not really appropriate for a girl her age) as she tries to find her way around]

Does anybody know where I can get something to eat...?

[chuckles softly] Then tell me, what's your favorite food?

...Um... I'm not sure. Chicken, maybe?

How does chicken alfredo sound to you?

That sounds really good!

Excellent. [chuckles softly and holds his hand out] Would you like to come to the kitchen with me?

Yeah! [takes his hand and squeezes it, smiling up at him]

[smiles down at her and starts to lead her] Perhaps you can help me?

I can try to... I haven't had a lot of practice, though.

That's fine enough. I can walk you through it.

Then that would be good... I'd like to help you.

That would be excellent.

[opens the door to the kitchen and steps inside] We'll have to find the ingredients before we begin. Let's see...[heads to the cabinet and starts looking] Can you find a pot with a steamer? We'll need that for the pasta.

I'll try... [goes and helps look]

[and much time passes on their grand quest to aquire all the necessary items and once everything is found;]

Excellent. Now, have you used a knife before?

A little bit... Not too much, though.

Then I'll show you. [sets the chicken on the cutting board and starts to make slow slices, showing Asch how it done] Do you think you can do that?

Yeah, I can do that!

[smiles and steps back, holding the knife handle to her] Just be careful not to cut yourself.

Alright... I'll be careful. [takes it from him and carefully does as he showed her]

[watches her, making sure she doesn't hurt herself] Make sure they're small enough to eat.

Oh... Okay. I can do that.

Good, good. I'll get the rest ready while you do that.

[confident that she can manage without him watching, he gets the pot and fills it with water, setting it on the stove and preparing to boil the pasta]

[keeps cutting the meat while he does so, occasionally stopping to glance at what he's doing]

[once the pasta is set, he takes out a pan and fills it with oil] Give me the pieces you've finished cutting and I'll grill them.

Okay! [carefully brings the cutting board over to him]
