[Stops for a while and looks at his hand, where there's something written in it] I declare that all mommies and daddies stop fighting, that people stop bein' sad and play more, for people to stop gettin' hurt and dying cause it stinks! for someone to bring in more rappigs and for...that Halloween thing cause it has candy!

[He looks around with a big grin, accomplished at his announcement] That's all! [And now he gets off his box.]

There are many things you can study. You can start by finding out about your country, laws, culture, language... If you are not well educated you won't know what needs to be done as ruler. Being king isn't just about telling people what to do. You have to learn to help the people, give suggestions, make decisions that will make your country prosper.
