[ extracts a couple of wallet-sized pictures, mostly of Mordecai and the guys at the shop. there's one of them he's withholding. ]

It should not surprise me that you have at least a mild interest in a fontech like that. [ Cleans his own hands off before thumbing through the various pictures, snorting upon coming across the one of a cat. How typically Luke. ] Fascinating.. Do you have one with you?

I prefer things I can work on, and I don't know much about cameras... [ taps one of the cat pictures ] Mordecai. Asch's cat. [ frowns at the remaining picture in his wallet and shakes his head ] Not with me, no. These were taken with Jake's.

... [ Just nods and hands to photos back to Luke, returning to chopping vegetables, if a bit more violently than needed. ]

[ repockets his wallet after frowning at his photos for a little longer, then stands behind him and leans, idly ] You okay?

[ Scowls at the poor food, grateful that his back is to Luke. Even if his wings are still a fair indicator of his emotions. ] There is no reason for me not to be.

... [ moves away again, wandering back over to the chicken ] If it's a problem, why'd you bring me back here with you?
