[ From one of the many hallways comes the sound of a hollow object smacking into something. Repeatedly. Turns out Asch is strolling along, bouncing a ping pong ball off his forehead, of all things, looking more than a little agitated with something or someone. ]

[ Runs a hand through his hair, wings flapping. ] If that's what you want.

[ Brushes a hand across his cheek. ] I told you I wouldn't hurt you.

[ suddenly finds himself blinking back tears, and is thoroughly irritated by it ]

I don't intend to start with you. [ Continues petting at him, tugging Luke closer for a hug. ]

... [ leans on him again, pressing his face into his neck and settling to just shake ]

[ Goes from Luke's face to hair, combing it with his fingers and letting his other hand rest on Luke's lower back. ]

[ why does it always seem like Engel catches him at his worst? he balls his hands up around the fabric of Asch's shirtfront, taking a shaking breath ]

[ Some people just have impeccable timing; Engel's is that ten-fold. ] Either way, it gives you the chance to let it out.

... [ Taps his head against Luke's, then presses a light kiss to his forehead. ]

[ goes still for a moment, then just kind of wails, if quietly ]

[ Tightens his hold on him, letting his lips linger after the next kiss. ]
