[Down through the halls, and out the window, a song can be heard being played. It was being played on the piano, something that hasn't been heard in quite some time at ADR. The way it was being played, it sounded as if someone was at peace.]

[Well Luke is free come and listen to a free performance, Asch is too lost in his own music to care at this very moment]

[ He'll happily take Asch up on that silent offer, seating himself in the doorway of the piano room and just swaying to notes. ]

[music was where his life was. Even if it was a common piece played by many, there was a beauty to it when Asch plays. Sadly, all things must come to an end, as his song comes to a close]

[ Common or not, Luke wouldn't know. The few times when he had heard music such as this, he'd never taken the chance to really enjoy it like he was now. When Asch's hands still, he applauds quietly. ]

That was awesome.

[Luke's voice nearly gives him a fright, turning his head slightly]

[ Alas, he's not aware of Asch's condition, as it were. ] Sorry about that. I'd have knocked but you were busy playing.

... [he stares vaguely downward at the piano, fingers stroking the keys]

[ Luke gets to his feet and shuffles in place, waiting for Asch to say something. What a weird accent he had... ] Um.. Mind if I come in..?

[this whole time they were talking, Asch wasn't looking directly at Luke]

Any company is better than being alone. [ He notices but attributed it to this being Asch. Luke wanders over, wary of getting in Asch's personal space. ] I never knew you could play the piano.

[his spirits seem to have drop a little]

Sometimes it's okay. Though having friends around suits me better. [ Way to make him feel like a disappointment, Asch. ] No, I'm not. Sorry...

[he plays a small bit of Gymnopedia, a little rendition version.]

Knowing us, he could have wandered off and gotten lost. [ Gives a small laugh, quieting down to listen again. ]

Why would you get lost more than him or me?

... [he's avoiding the question, continuing to play his melody]

[ Tilts his head sideways. ] I've only met a few Asches.

...

... [ AWKWARD. Fidgetfidgetfidget. ] So... What's the Luke you know like? A jerk? Nice?

[the melody abruptly ends, his left hand was wandering along the keys as if looking for something]

I wonder if we're all like that. Hope I'm not much of a jerk... Tear would get on my case. [ Luke notices but hasn't a clue what Asch is doing. ]

[it becomes clear what, as the hand reaches for a cane that had been hiding off to the side of the piano. He stands.]

[ Luke has never seen a blind person before, so he takes the presence of a cane to mean Asch's legs must be hurt. ] Woah, hold up! If you need help why don't you say so!

[he's got one hand on the bench as he moves away from the piano and move towards Luke's direction]
