[Dozens and dozens or strange letters have appeared all over the place! Why don't you pick one up and have a read?]

ATTENTION CITIZENS.

I HAVE KIDNAPPED YOUR ~~FON MASTER~~ PRINCESS.

If you wish to see your beloved ~~Fon Master~~ Princess again, you must come to the highest highest room in the tallest tower of ~~the cathedral~~ my castle. However, should you hope to get there in time, you must first face these three challenges!

You must navigate through the ~~corn field~~ never-ending maze!

Vanquish my ~~nameless stunt doubles~~ army of minions!

And finally, face off against me a ferocious dragon!

Time is short and your ~~Fon Master~~ Princess is not long for this world, should you fail!

[Incidentally, the very person responsible is also the very person tacking these up around town. He doesn't look quite like himself, dressed in dark evil-looking robes, but he's not really acting like himself either. If you don't decide to beat an answer out of him then and there, the back of each letter has a map illustrating the location of the... er, princess.]

[[ooc: This is something ridiculous for you all! Thread-hopping is encouraged (because who wants to talk to just Mohs; he's a creeper). Also, feel free to just react to whatever the hell is going on, skip to any challenge, or try and rescue your ~~Fon Master~~ princess from the evil ~~Mohs~~ dragon! [Oh man. She knew it was Ion being held in here - but this is her Ion...! And she hasn't seen you in far, far too long...!!]

[Anise manages to hold back the urge to turn around and throttle Mohs some more, and instead marches right inside to her long lost friend.]

Oh, Ion! I'm sorry I couldn't come sooner..! Are you okay?

[She takes a look at those chains and frowns.]

Anise...?

[Cue tiny green wings fluttering happily.]

Anise! Anise it's really you! I knew you'd come and save me...!

[Unfortunately, he's so excited he's going to try and get up and rush over to Anise...! but those chains on his wrists really don't give much slack, and he's jerked back rather ungracefully. He almost manages to not fall over, but then steps awkwardly on that dress that he isn't quite used to wearing and managed to fall back against the wall. Don't worry Anise: all that's bruised is his pride.]

I-I'm all right! Third time I've done that now...

[Anise just shakes her head, tsk-tsk'ing at his actions, her own orange wings fluttering at the thought of Ion being hurt.]

Ugh, that Mohs! I'm gonna get him for doing this to you! [Give her a moment to hop off of Tokunaga and inspect those chains and cuffs around his hands.] Oh, Ion...

[She looks around the cell. Is there a key for those chains lying carelessly around somewhere?]

[Oh, there's no key for these chains. That would be far too easy! Not that there still isn't another a way to take them off, of course.]

I've looked all around and couldn't find a key, but... er, when Mohs put me here, he did say something about... something and something...

[His voice trailed off and he averted his eyes. Was that a small blush on his face? Well, given he was wearing a dress in front of Anise it made sense. ~~Did I mention it was a stunningly-ill-fitting strapless ball gown? By the way, it's a stunningly-ill-fitting strapless ball gown.~~]

Something and something-something? [Anise puts her hands on her hips.] Ion if you don't speak up I'm gonna have to ask you why Mohs made you wear that tacky dress you're wearing!

Seeing as Mohs has lost his mind, I don't think anything he's told me would be important. It was pretty silly to begin with... Although everything about this is pretty silly.

[This is Ion stalling. He knows he can't talk his way around it forever, now that he's brought it up. After a moment's pause, his face turns a soft shade of red. He was already wearing a dress; just how much worse could this situation get?]

[Oh, but he's still going to imitate Mohs' voice while he quotes him. Just so that it's clear to Anise that these are Mohs' words, and not his own!]

"You'll never get out of here! Even should your knight appear, only by the power of true love can you escape from this cell!"
