I must admit, I'm not familiar with the process you call 'fomicry', but it seems that you and your original being perfect isofons has some negative effects. As in your original is dying and will eventually kill you in order to reform himself.

[Given his vested interest in his original's well-being, he pays rapt attention to Lorelai's sentence. And the further the fonon sentience goes, the less and less impact the words are making as his face slackens.

After he finishes, Luke's just going to stare down, not saying anything, trying to comprehend all that Lorelei is implying. Because what little he does understand already... is not pleasant. To say the least.

Simply put, the lights are on, but thoughts have all fled for more welcoming quarters.

And for a long time he's not going to say anything, thinking a lot of different things about all that Lorelei has just said. Going into that little downward spiral he tends to do in situations like these.]
