A new crossover spawn approaches!

[Yes, there are quite a few Lukes around. They're easy to spot: red hair, derptastic, rich clothes, ect. Unfortunately, this particular "Luke" only has one of those covered, that being an absolute derp. This one, interestingly enough, is wearing a Malkuth lieutenant's uniform... and has pink hair.]

Father? Colonel Curtiss? C'mon, this isn't funny anymore!

[And like most newcomers... he has no idea what the hell is going on. Have fun!]

[[ooc: So, yes, another Bleach/Abyss crossover Luke. This one was raised by Szayel after he was saved from Hell by Lorelei. They ended up in Malkuth where Szayel eventually joined the army and became bffs with Jade. ~~The world promptly ends.~~ Lucato (as Szayel names him) follows in papaspada's shoes. So, enjoy the wtfness that is to ensue.]]

[Luca let out an exasperated sigh, turning to the little pipsqueak behind him.]

Seriously, what is with everyone calling me Luke in this place?

[And that little pipsqueaks is hugging her stomach, looking as if she's in pain from laughing. Hold that thought, Pinky, she'll be with you in a bit.]

[Anise coughs a little, wiping her eyes free of the little tears that appeared in the corners. Oh...oh, Score, that was magnificent.]

Y-Yeah. Yeah, I think I'm okay now. But how come you hair's all pink, Luke? You look like Dist. Only less...frilly.

[Luca held up his fingers, counting off.]

One, my name isn't Luke.

Two, Dist has lavender hair. Big difference.

Three... Dist? That hurts.

Huh, I always thought Dist's hair was white... Maybe he dyes it...what a fairy.

[Whoa, hey, wait a minute.] Wait, what? What do you mean you're not Luke?! You look, talk, and act just like him! Or you're...pinker. Not that that's a bad color or anything, but still~

Look, I don't know who this Luke person is, but I'm not him. I'm Lucato Granz, Lieutenant of the Eighth Division of Malkuth's Imperial Forces.

[Anise blinks in confusion, staring at the doppleganger of her late best friend sadly. Did...did the Commandant make more than one replica? Or...did Luke come back and forget all about them? No, that couldn't be so! He promised he'd come back!]

You...really aren't Luke? Luke fon Fabre?

Me? Luke fon Fabre?

[He let out a goodnatured laugh.]

Do I look like a Kimlascan noble to you?

[Ow, that laugh is kind of bittersweet. It's been ten months since she's heard it last. Anise feels her throat tighten a little, but takes a deep breath to calm herself before speaking again.]

Would I have mistaken you for one if you didn't? Boo, if Natalia cooked again, I swear...

Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm not him.

[He smiled, crouching down by her.]

Thanks for thinking I'm royalty though. That's rather flattering. Father would probably get a good laugh out of it.

[This seems way too real to be a dream, hallucination, or anything else. Besides, she had woken up in a bed in the inn just a few hours ago. And she felt well rested and everything. This just...didn't feel like a dream. But this guy looked and like Luke, and sounded like Luke and everything. Did she really miss him that much? To mistake someone else for him?

...Yes.]

Father? Well then...who are you, if you're not Luke? You sure look exactly like him, just the hair is a different color.

I told you, my name is Lucato Granz.

[He paused a moment.]

Maybe you know my father, he's fairly famous in the Malkuth military. Does Szayel Aporro Granz sound familiar?

Sza-- [Wow. Yeah, uh...not even gonna try to pronounce that name. Anise shakes her head no slowly, looking a bit sheepish.]

The only people I know from the Malkuth army are the late General Frings and the Colon--uh...Colonel Jade Curtiss.

Ah, you know Jade at least. He's friends with my father.

[This was starting to get weird and weirder. And more and more like some kind of crazy, Natalia-brand friend rice induced dream. The first part with Asch...might have been legitimate, but now this? No way. It was too...out there.]

...I think I need to go and lay down. Boo, this can't be real.

[H-have a worried look.]

Are you okay, miss?

Huh? O-Oh... Yeah, I'm fine! Never better!

[Hopefully this Luke...Lucato whatever person is as dim as the real thing.]

[Kinda!]

You don't sound like it... c'mon, sit down.

[He led her over to a small stone wall that she could sit down on.]

[Despite letting him lead her over, and staring curiously at the contact on her arm, Anise felt...weird. A little melancholy and kind of sick. It was like seeing her old friend all over again, just a little different, and he didn't know her at all.]

Th-Thanks, but I think I should really just try and get back to the Order... You're really nice, Luk--um, Lucato. I'm Anise, by the way. [Yes, that is a poor attempt to get in some recognition.]

Anise... Tatlin?

[No way, this had to be some kind of weird joke.]

[O-Oh my god, it actually worked. For a second, Anise's just stunned but she perks up after a second. He recognized her name! Maybe this really was Luke, he hit his head somewhere, got taken in by some Malkuthian soldier and--!]

Y-Yeah! That's me!

[There's a moment where it almost seems like he's going to flip, before he remembered the other Anise. The older one.]

Uh... you're not a member of the Dark Wings by any chance, are you?

Whaaat?! Like hell I'd join that crummy old lady and her band of thugs! I may love money, but I'm no thief, booo! [Just a con artist in training.]
