reinerdeer.livejournal.com[ Ever since Reiner's finally found it not as scary to come out of his house, he's been out and about the city. He hasn't run into the two Dists (Seriously, what the hell...?) or that girl with the pigtails again (What was her name? Anise?), but he's doing fine on his own. Actually, he's rather happy living on his own, even if his cooking is still sub-par at the moment. And whoever owned his house previously hadn't come back to claim it, so he was feeling pretty content and comfortable living there. ]
[ Except for the fact that he felt a bit lonely. Barrelow was one of his best friends -- as pathetic as that sounded, he talked to him all the time -- but there was just something missing from his life. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair, hatless, of course. There was no need to wear his stuffy uniform while he was stuck here. Lonely, huh...? He almost missed the Order. Almost. ]
[ And that's when something caught his ear. There was a soft sound coming from behind some bushes, like mewling of some sort. He walked over with a thoughtful expression, pushing aside the bushes to find a litter of kittens all mewling and crawling around in want of their warm mother and yummy milk. The mother wasn't responding to their cries, however, long since passed away, probably from illness. He felt his heart shatter into a million tiny fragments as he ran off to grab warm towels and milk and other things he felt he would need. It took quite a while to warm the little kittens up in the towel and feed them, but they were all prancing around on the fluffy towels in the box he'd grabbed for them. He couldn't care for that many kittens at once... so he did the only logical thing and wrote on the front of the box in marker: ]
[ "KITTENS TO A GOOD HOME" ]
[ He sat next to the box to watch over the little dears, and picked up one of the kittens when it cried and cried for him and held up its little paw. He smiled and pet it -- a fluffy, white one. Maybe he'll take just this one home, if anyone else came by the adopt the rest. If not, then he was going to have a lot of work to do... ]
[[ OOC: Sorry to say, but if you don't like minor characters, tough. Then don't tag me. \:|/ Reiner's also not being reset, but just a bit of a change in personality. I'll probably be the only one to notice LOL. ]]
