[Somewhere out in the village is ~~a sneaky, sneaky ninja.~~ a young pigtailed girl cradling something close to her chest. She's glancing around left and right, and making sure no one is around as she crouches down behind one of the many benches in the square and fiddles with a small, flat, square device, with little earbuds and a touch pad. Yes, Anise was now in the posession of a bright, pink iPod.

She had "found" the strange device while out looking for food to make dinner with, and had accidentally walked out of the store with it clutched in her hand. She had no idea just what the thing was, but after fooling around with it enough, she knew one thing was certain, it played really weird music. Some was actually stuff she found she liked though, so Anise was keeping it. Plus maybe she can pawn it off for some gald, too~

But for now, she's being careful not to have anyone see her with it. Which...obviously means she's being totally suspicious, of course. She's also mumbling to herself, trying to work the damn thing.]

How the heck do you change the songs? Or turn this thing off?! Boo, maybe I should ask Dist how to work this...thing. Knowing him, though, he'd install lasers. What if I--GAH LOUD!!

Whoa...okay, so if I turn this thing...the volume goes up. Huh. What's this hole on the bottom for? [She's now poking the USB port, and squinting into it. Don't mind how stupid she looks, but feel free to mention it! Or accuse her of stealing.]
